Where can you experience the cuisine of 11 local restaurants in one fabulous evening? At the Feast on The FAX, June 14, 2010 from 5 to 9 p.m.
Sponsored by The FAX Partnership, Feast on The FAX means experience the best of the ‘Fax and sampling the varied offerings of 11 East Colfax restaurants covering the food of four continents. Introduce yourself to new establishments such as Oink’s BBQ or Jett Asian Kitchen, or reacquaint yourself with favorites like The Elm, Krameria Café, and Senor Pepe’s. Enjoy the piano bar at the Mozart Lounge, and enjoy a glass of wine at The Cork House. Try around-the-world tastings from Mataam Fez and Habesha. We are fortunate to have two of Westword’s ‘Best of Denver’ restaurants among the lineup this year: Africana Café for best Ethiopian Restaurant and the Phoenician Kabob for Best Middle Eastern Restaurant.
Tickets are only $20 in advance ($25 day of event), and are available by contacting David Bromberg at 720.233.0711, or david@reIQgroup.com. Free shuttle buses will transport you to and from the restaurants every few minutes during the evening. You can also walk or bike between restaurants, and explore some of the varied retailers along The FAX.
This annual event is a fun way to join your neighbors and friends or a journey down historic East Colfax (a.k.a. U.S. Hwy 40). Along the way, you can sample some of Denver’s finest hospitality, cuisine, and ambiance from our favorite neighborhood restaurants. We look forward to seeing you on The FAX on the 14th!
