Mayfair Neighbors Inc. was formed in 1977 with the mission to advance the common interests of the neighborhood by initiating and coordinating actions for the physical, economic, civic, and cultural improvement of Mayfair. Mayfair’s borders are (clockwise from the north) Colfax Avenue, Monaco Street Parkway, 6th Avenue Parkway, and Eudora Street, encompassing over 3,200 households.

We're a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a Registered Neighborhood Organization serving over 3,200 households in Denver, from Colfax Ave to the north, Monaco St Parkway to the east, 6th Ave Parkway to the south, and Eudora St to the west. Our mission is to build a safe vibrant and connected community through events, volunteer projects, and neighborhood programs.
